The Dewalt DCS573 is part of the Flexvolt Advantage range of 18v tools. Flexvolt Advantage tools are designed to identify Flexvolt batteries when in use and draw a higher current than a normal 18v machine is capable of. This in conjunction with the high power density brushless motor allows for more power and efficiency. Due to the high power density motor’s increased magnets and more windings the saw is able to deliver and unrivalled power output of 1727 watts with a 6Ah Flexvolt battery. The DCS573 comes compatible with the Dewalt Airlock system for quicker and more secure dust extraction connection and performance.
