DeWalt DCPS151 PowerShift Stand Mount For DCD150 Diamond Core Drill

The DCD150 Diamond Core Drill, this bit of kit allows you to either drill vertically or horizontally. It can be fastened to a wall by pre-drilling four holes and driving the four fixings in. Looking at the pictures, it is easy to see how this combination is the market leader for how close to a wall you can drill a core. For when you need to move the stand (and drill), you can use the two sturdy wheels to cart it around the job site. There is a water hookup built into this, taking place of the side handle on the DCD150.
