This cordless jobsite radio has a dual power source capability meaning it can be powered by both AC and by a range of Makita batteries. This cordless radio produces an unbelievable sound thanks to the twin 76mm speakers and powerful amplifier. This digital radio has a flexible antenna meaning it can easily be moved and stored away when not needed. For portable convenience this cordless jobsite radio is designed with a soft grip handle that can swivel up to 90 degrees so you can grab and go whenever. IP64 rated against dust and water damage and equipped with metal pipes and plastic elastomer bumpers, this radio is perfectly designed to endure tough environments. The radio includes an AUX-IN jack for connecting to external audio sources as well as a Micro USB port. With an 18V LXT Li ion 6.0 Ah battery, the radio can run for an impressive 33 hours and is compatible with all Makita CXT and LXT batteries. Elastomer bumpers and metal pipes protect this radio against rough handling on a jobsite, and is compatible with all Makita CXT and LXT batteries. Not compatible with G-Series, XGT, Ni-CAD or Ni-MH batteries.
